Escargot Achatine in Puff Pastry - Frozen

Delicious and super easy. Throw a couple of these in your freezer and bring them out next time that special someone "unexpectedly" stops by. You'll look like a pro in no time with your Escargot Pastry - just remember to chill the wine! These frozen puff pastry appetizers are stuffed with plump and woodsy achatine snail meat.

To bake: remove the pastries from the packaging and place on an oven-proof plate. Cook in pre-heated oven at 200°C / 392°F for 6-8 minutes, and serve.

Ingredients: Pastry, wheat flour, margarine, eggs, salt; achatines snail meat, butter, white wine, parsley, garlic, shallots, salt, spices.

My husband and I love escargot so much!! With our new freezer (ordered during the pandemic so we can have lots of tasty things available), we were able to order lots of these. And we are so glad we did because they are very delicious. We will order them again when we run out.
