This Toscano in particular is no ordinary pork salami, as it’s crafted with Berkshire pork, a heritage breed of pigs from England that’s known and coveted for their flavorful, richly marbled meat. This premium meat, paired with masterful artisan crafting and slow, careful aging, means you get a mild yet rich salami with a flavor that linger on the palate.

Serve Toscano in an antipasto or charcuterie board with cheeses and meats for a perfect starter or snack, always cut in thin slices, and don’t forget to remove the rind for best flavor.
