Wagyu cattle is fed with a special Japanese grain formula, similar to the diet of the famed Kobe beef in Japan. The higher quality diet enhances the naturally rich flavor of the steaks, while the high marble score means these steaks are beautifully webbed with an abundance of intramuscular fat.
