Elk Loin Chops (Bone In)

Our Elk Loin Chops are the way to go if you crave hearty, meaty steaks but want to go on easy on the pounds. Cut from the loin and presented similarly to a T-bone steak (with bone included), these chops are generously meaty but much lower in saturated fats than beef, so you can indulge guilt-free. Elk is also a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, iron and vitamin B-12, making this the heart-healthy choice of red meat, ready to substitute in any number of beef recipes. Add some seasoning or a marinade, then pan-sear or grill to medium-rare for a superbly flavorful and succulent cut.
