Pave D'Affinois is a soft cheese with a subtle taste. This white cheese tastes like a mild version of Brie. It is considered to be one of the best cheeses from the Southern Rhone in France. A sweet ooze forms from the interior when cracked open. This squared-shaped double crème cheese matures for 2 weeks before it is ready for sale.
Ingredients: Pasteurized cow's milk, cream, lactic starters, salt, rennet.
