Frozen Croissant Baking Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not thaw the croissants prior to baking. Simply place the frozen croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Egg wash the tops, and place in the oven for 15-18 minutes until they bake up to a crispy medium brown on the tops. Remove from the oven and place each french croissant on a wire rack to cool for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
