Our Wagyu Diced Stew Meat is provided by Broadleaf, one of the premier gourmet meat distributors in North America. Their Wagyu beef comes from Australian Wagyu cattle raised on open pastures with a free range lifestyle and a diet devoid of antiobiotics, steroids or chemicals. Wagyu beef is an excellent source of Omega-3s and Omega-6s and is lower in saturated fats than other red meats, making it a healthy (as well as delicious) choice of beef. These stew chunks are cut primarily from the sirloin, but may include other cuts and trimmings.
